● TEN QUESTIONSLONDON · WORLDWIDE
01
How much does event photography cost in London?
+
Event photography in London typically ranges from £400 to £1,800, depending on the type of event, hours of coverage, and how fast you need the images. As a guide, nightlife starts from £400, corporate from £600, and weddings from £1,000. Every event is quoted to its brief.
02
How far in advance should I book?
+
Popular dates book up 4–8 weeks ahead, while weekday and club nights often need only 2–3 weeks. Last-minute coverage is sometimes available — get in touch to check the date.
03
How many images will I receive?
+
A typical four-hour event delivers 150–300 edited images; a full day (8+ hours) delivers 300–600 or more, depending on the event and the moments worth keeping.
04
What is documentary-style event photography?
+
It means working as an observer rather than a director — no staged set-ups or forced poses. We move through the event capturing it as it actually unfolds, which keeps the imagery authentic and full of atmosphere.
05
How quickly will I receive my images?
+
Standard delivery is 5–10 working days. Express 24-hour highlight selects can be arranged for an additional fee when you need images while the event is still fresh.
06
Do you cover events outside London?
+
Yes. We’re based in London but travel across the UK and internationally. A travel fee applies for events outside Greater London.
07
What usage rights are included?
+
Coverage includes full commercial and personal usage rights, with no extra licensing fees for using your images across print, social, and press.
08
Do you sign NDAs for corporate events?
+
Yes — we’re happy to sign NDAs and agree usage restrictions for sensitive corporate and private events.
09
Can I book you for a recurring event?
+
Yes. We offer retainer agreements for recurring events, with priority booking and preferential rates.
10
What equipment do you use?
+
Professional mirrorless cameras optimised for low light, with full backup gear on every job. The focus is always on the images, not the equipment.
